This genuine brass urn has a stunning finish and is laquer-coated to preserve the shine and brilliance. It has a smooth brushed brass outer edge and the centre sections are a bright polished brass with a hammered finish. The urn has the same look on both front and back. Comes with a secure padded velvet box for transportation or display. Ashes are loaded through the base of the urn via a screw in matching plug. The screw is a tight fit but it can also be glued tight with most two-part metal epoxies.

The capacity of a cremation urn relates more accurately to a loved one's height, sex, and age rather than body weight. The elderly and most children would need a smaller urn for ashes than a fully grown adult, regardless of their weight. There are exceptions such as varying cremation methods and some physical factors, but most adult's ashes will fit within an urn of 3.0 litre capacity or greater.
