Depicts: Parent Holding Child in Embrace
Height: 6.25 inches
Capacity: approx. 5 cubic inches
Each keepsake urn is a work of art based on the sculptures of artist Jay Rotberg from the USA.
They are made of recycled materials using bonded marble and wood resins and finished in a bronze verdigris patina.
Jay Rotberg's sculptures have found their way into galleries and personal collections around the world. His art reflects his beliefs, interests, and loves - the closeness of family, the power of faith.
His urns are personally signed and has a 'soul' symbol depicted by two locking infinity symbols designed into the shape of a flower. This soul represents the eternal in us and brings one's spirit to others forever more.
What Size Urn Do I Need?
These smaller urns are designed to hold the entire ashes of a stillborn or newborn to 1.8kgs.
Cremain quantities may vary due to differing techniques by crematoriums. Not all processes are identical and other factors may require allowances. If exact capacity of an urn is required we recommend you ask your crematorium or funeral director for precise information.
The capacity of a cremation urn relates more accurately to a loved one's height, sex, and age rather than body weight. The elderly and most children would need a smaller urn for ashes than a fully grown adult, regardless of their weight. There are exceptions such as varying cremation methods and some physical factors, but most adult's ashes will fit within an urn of 3.0 litre capacity or greater. If you are uncertain or need further information please feel free to contact us.
