Delivery and Shipping
- We will ship your product as soon as it becomes available. If a product is in stock it will ship the same or the following day.
We have new stock arriving daily so there may be unforeseen delays in sorting, or if importing, hold ups with customs processing etc. Usually, products ship within seven to ten working days of ordering however, there may be times when the product you have ordered is a handmade item and is required to be ordered and manufactured which will delay fulfilling your order.
There may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock or discontinued and/or the website has not been updated to indicate. Some products require 7 - 14 working days as they may not be in stock at our head office.
We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for shipment within a reasonable time frame.
Shipping within Australia is free.
We use the best method of Australian Air Express, Pack and Send and via Australia Post Express Post and Express Post Platinum packaging methods depending on the product and your location..Overseas orders will be shipped by best method.
