At Urns Online we understand that filling your cremation urn or memorial jewellery can be a process which you would rather someone do on your behalf.  We have a team of qualified staff who are more than happy to provide this individual service free of charge for all of our products. 

Our offices are fully equipped to fill any type of funeral urn whether it be adult or keepsake urns, urns for babies, cremation or memorial jewellery and we will seal these safely and securely for you.

To access our FREE FILLING AND SEALING SERVICE simply:

1. Make a note in the "comments" section of the checkout process that you would like us to fill your urn or memorial jewellery for you.
2. Send the ashes that you wish us to fill your vessel with via REGISTERED MAIL to Urns Online, Filling Department, PO Box 965, Balcatta, Western Australia 6914.  Please include your Full Name (as it appears on your order) and you order number with the ashes.

NB: It is very important that you send your ashes via Registered Mail to ensure their safe delivery.  Ashes are approved to be sent this way. 

We will conduct this service for you with strict adherance to funeral industry standards. Your loved ones ashes will be treated with the upmost respect at all times.

Once complete, we will send your filled cremation urn or piece of memorial jewellery via Registered Mail to you.  You will need to sign for delivery and are welcome to have the address as a post office box.
