If you are working with a funeral director, and they will be filling your urn or memorial jewellery, we will work with you and your funeral home to ensure that the process is as easy as possible. 

You can have your order delivered to you to take to the funeral director or we can ship it directly to them.  Your funeral home may charge a 'filling fee' but they will be providing you with a professional service.  In the case of memorial jewellery, we always supply complete instructions and accessories needed for filling whether the jewellery is delivered to you or your funeral director.
