Shipping & Returns

Shipping

All orders delivered within Australia are shipped entirely FREE OF CHARGE by Registered Parcel Post.  You also have the option to select Express Delivery (at a fee) which will ensure that your order is delivered as quickly as possible.

We ship Internationally. We can ship to virtually any address in the world and regularly dispatch orders to the UK, USA, New Zealand and Asia.  Our international shipping rates are very reasonable and we don't charge a handling fee.  Simply select your country from the list of countries during checkout.  If your country is not on the list please contact us.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on your location and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.



Returns Policy

You may return new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (ie you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). We can also offer exchanges or store credits. If a refund is requested from a change of mind or customer error in addressing etc, a restocking fee of 10% and/or the original postage cost (normally absorbed by us) may be required and can be removed from the total refund amount.

You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of us receiving your package, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Please note that because of the nature of our products all returns must be UNUSED (ie not have been filled) and in the same condition they were supplied in.  Please ensure adequate packaging when returning an item as items broken in transit cannot be accepted if the damage has occured as a result of inadequate protective packaging.  It is always best to use the original packaging when returning an item to us.

Please also note that items which have been personalised (ie engraved etc) cannot be returned unless the item is faulty.
